Customer Account Rep/Delivery (Off on Sundays)

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused professional to join our team in a role that combines customer account support with local delivery responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and can manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly, professional support to customers by phone, in person, and during deliveries.
  • Assist with account-related tasks such as order processing, account updates, and payment collection as needed.
  • Prepare, verify, load, and deliver customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timing, and account information.
  • Handle deliveries safely while following all traffic laws, company policies, and vehicle safety procedures.
  • Inspect delivery vehicles and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Resolve routine customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Support the team with general branch, warehouse, or office duties as assigned.

Qualifications
