**Job Title:** Assistant Manager (Bilingual)

**Job Overview:**
Rent-A-Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store while providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and provide outstanding service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on various rental options and payment plans.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management, and support the visual merchandising of the store.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, and contribute to strategic planning to drive sales and profitability.
- Promote a positive work environment and encourage collaboration among team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and compliance.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in the rental, sales, or customer service industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for building relationships and solving problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
