**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, sales, and customer service initiatives while ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Your bilingual skills will help us connect with a diverse range of customers and enhance our service quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customers feel valued and respected.
- Foster a positive work environment by coaching and mentoring team members, promoting teamwork, and recognizing achievements.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with the ordering process to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve operational goals and optimize store performance.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
