You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in driving sales, managing inventory, overseeing staff, and creating a welcoming environment for our diverse customer base. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist with daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service while building rapport and trust with all customers.
- Manage bilingual communication with customers and team members to create a friendly and inclusive environment.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and managing inventory levels.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to enhance their skills and career development.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and transactions, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and metrics.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in developing promotional strategies to drive sales.

**Qualifications:**
