**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead and Manage Sales Team:** Oversee and mentor a team of sales associates, providing guidance to enhance performance, productivity, and customer service.
- **Sales Strategy Development:** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed store sales goals while promoting a positive work environment.
- **Bilingual Communication:** Serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish to enhance customer experience.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalized service.
- **Inventory Management:** Oversee inventory control, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and assisting with the selection of incoming product lines.
- **Training and Development:** Train new employees on company policies, sales techniques, and product knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous growth and teamwork.
- **Performance Analysis:** Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and develop action plans to improve sales and service delivery.
- **Compliance and Policies:** Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and operational standards.

**Qualifications:**

- **Language Skills:** Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2-3 years of retail management or sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- **Leadership Skills:** Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and motivation.
- **Sales Acumen:** Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Customer Service:** Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to create a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
